Health Carousel Connects with The Alliance
The team at Health Carousel first got involved with The Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices in 2020 when they scored their first certificate. Through this process, Health Carousel decided to connect and adhere to the ethical outlines set by the Board of Governors for the Alliances’ Health Care Code for Ethical International Recruitment Practices.
The Code is set in place by a Board of Governors comprised of professionals from leading HR, nursing, and other healthcare-related representative organizations. By adhering to these tenants, Health Carousel can earn certification while simultaneously providing its healthcare professionals with a commitment to continued education within the field.
While many different components go into upholding the Code of Ethics, the entire operation is led by the stakeholders in a joint effort to reaffirm its commitment.
John Sebastian is the CEO of Health Carousel, and he was effusive with praise over the recertification process that his company had undergone. Sebastian stated, “Maintaining our Alliance certification is among many ways we build our ethical recruitment practices.”
Sebastian would find his words echoed by the team at the Alliance for Ethical International Recruitment Practices, Mukul Bakhshi. Bakhshi stated in a press release, “I commend them for their many programs that address essential industry issues, such as global nursing and sustainability and development.”
Passing the Review
Maintained by a multi-point collection of advisors, the Board of Governors pays close attention to its Ethical International Recruitment Practices when assessing the membership of its base. Health Carousel has remained committed to maintaining its certification through its continued effort and adherence to the Code.

Health Carousel has been in operation since it was first founded in 2004. The company first attained accreditation with The Alliance in 2020, reaffirming and re-certifying in 2023.
